The surface finish related to LECD TV circuit board
The type of surface finish Conductor Plating introduce
In fact, there were many PCB surface finish like HASL or ENIG etc.
But today we are going to discuss two surface finish related plating.
The outer layer of LED TV circuit board plating
The outer layer of the PCB contains copper connections (the part where the components are placed) which do not allow solderability of the components.
So during the outer layer plating, the part where do not allow solderability must cover.
Secondly is the plating of assembly part of MCPCB
To make it solderable, the surface of the material has to be plated with gold, tin, or nickel.
Follow our common sense, the cover or plating gold must design by experience LED TV circuit board process.
